This thesis includes two sections:the synthesis of unnatural aromatic amino acids and the synthesis and physics properties of amido diphenyl ether disulfonates Gemini surfactant:1. (4S)-1-tertbutyloxycarbonyl-4-amino-L-proline methyl ester was prepared from a natural chiral amino acid (4R)-Hydroxy-L-proline via esterfication, protec- tion of amino grop,mesylation,azide displacement and reduction. (4S)- 4-amino-L-proline was prepared (4S)-1-tertbutyloxycarbonyl-4-amino-L-proline methyl ester via hydrolyze. Their structures are identified by IR, ,NMR,, MS.
