At present, nano- TiO2 photocatalysis technology applied in extensive prospect of chemistry .physics, materials, environment, energy resources and so on. There are highly efficiency of dispose, simple of technology equipment, easy to condition control .degradation organic pollutants of without choices and further pollution, nano- TiO2 degradation to pollutants , so nano- TiO2 stirs up widely attention.In this thesis , the nano- TiO2 were prepared from (TiOC4H9)4 by hydrolysis alkoxides progress, and rare earth doped to modified nano- TiO2. Researched crystal composite, particle size and photocatalytic activity of nano- TiO2 by experiments . Experiment results found that dry pattern have marked effect to nano- TiO2 of crystal composite, particle size and photocatalytic activity under high temperature preparation condition. The results of XRD, TEM analysis showed that: vavuum dry and supercritical multicomponent dry nano- TiO2 maintains anatase crystal particle, particle size is about 50nm by 850℃ preparation condition; nano- TiO2 have quite good photocatalytic activity according to degradation of methyl orange.Through the doped nano- TiO2, prepared such as Y-doped rare earth and SiO2 B2O3, isolated nano-SiO2 of nano- TiO2 particles. All these materials show the potential of promoting the ability of photocatallysis of TiO2, especially after calcinations under high temperature , the doped nano-TiO2 sustain a good potential of photocatalysis. Applying orthogonal design and response nurbs method deeply studied the doped mass of SiO2, calcinations temperature, way of drying and these impacts to the photocatalysis ability of nano- TiO2 including the principles. Resultd showed that: the doped mass of SiO2 is 9. 0%, nano- TiO2 obtains the best ability of photocatalysis under the condition of infrared-drying and calcination in 850℃. By means of XRD, TEM, nano- TiO2 is the type of rutile, under above conditions, size of particle is about 20nm. All these indicated the method of doping SiO2 to TiO2, promting TiO2' s turning temperature of TiO2' s type, while restains the particles growth.Prepared doped nano- TiO2 under high temperature, nano- TiO2 obtain a good potential of photocatalysis, preparing compound material with SiO2 doped nano- TiO2, studied the practical application of nano- TiO2. compared the following differences including: ceramics, compound technology, compound mass and compound particles, for material' s activity of photocatalysis.
