Based on the existent research production of the task group, this article draws a comparative analysis on the characteristic of energy metabolism between heterotrophic bacteria and autotrophic nitrify bacteria, ulteriorly consummates academic system of energy research on activated sludge system, and finally ascertains the parameters'calculation method of energy metabolism kinetics equation. By the means of studying the relation between organic degradation and nitration, investigating the nitrifying condition of activated sludge system under low carbon concentration, consequently, relation between nitration and critical parameters of the system has been established, simultaneously, the system has been optimized integrating the energy metabolism kinetics equation. This article firstly analyzes the review information and construction and development's status quo of the wastewater treatment plants in our country, the results indicate that the energy consumption of the aeration apparatus predominates over the total energy consumption in the plants, therefore, the energy saving of the aeration system has a significance for the total savement. On the basis of summarizing the prior production, the great influence imposed by nitration on the oxygen demand in activated sludge system and limitation in the choice of important parameters have been confirmed by analyzing the physiological characteristics of heterotrophic bacteria and autotrophic nitrify bacteria, which accordingly illustrates the important meaning of nitration on the study of wastewater treatment's energy model. The pivotal parameters Yg, Kd, A, mNADH have been calculated by the model experiments in the study, the energy-kinetics equation can be obtained and expressed as follow:In the study of relation between organic degradation and nitration, the experimental results of box reactors suggest that the competitive ascendency of heterotrophic bacteria over the O2 and nutrients NH3-N is weakened in that the growth of heterotrophic bacteria is restrained under the low carbon concentration, at one time, the comparatively low NH3-N concentration in the system will not restrain the nitration, all the referred situations are propitious to nitration. In the study of effect imposed by system...
