According to mechanism of biological phosphorus removal, under the A/O conversion, one regimentation bacterium which is provided with denitrification and phosphorus assimilated called DPB, can make the two different process achieved in the anoxic condition. This process can save energy on the oxygen and carbon source demand, which represent the advantage on the treatment of the urban sewage with low C/N and utilization of the carbon source. But there are still much disadvantage in the process whether in the single or diplex sludge system, such as the low NO3- yield and carbon source utilization,NO3- provide and so on.So in the material course of study, on the base of exert the advantage of MSBR, in order to fetch up the disadvantage of the unstable treat result, author design a new process DNP-MSBR interfused with the denitrifying phosphorus removal. This lecture went along a few phases of research through single factor test in the system of denitrifying phosphorus removal,the NO3- yield and startup ability. The results indicated that:①During the stable operation of the DNP-MSBR with the sludge age 15d, when the influent concentration with COD150~350 mg/L,PO43- 5~7 mg/L,TN 30~50 mg/L and NH4+-N 20~40 mg/L, the effluent concentration can be COD10~33 mg/L,PO43- 0.3~1.5mg/L,TN 3~10 mg/L and NH4+-N 0~4 mg/L.②The single factor to the NO3- yield in the organic membrane include COD load,NH4+-N load,DO and the alkalinity/ NH4+-N of the influent. In this examination, the result indicated that when the COD load below 0.5kg/m3·d,NH4+-N load below 0.12kg/m3·d,DO maitained about on 5~6mg/L,the alkalinity/ NH4+-N above 8, the NO3- yield in the organic membrane can be high to 75%.③When the△NO3-/△PO43- in the anoxic tank of the DNP-MSBR is above 2, the NO3- yield can be reach 70%, the system can make 70% phosphorus be removed; adding to the aerobic absorption, in the end the PO43-can be contained obtained about 0.51mg/L, which represent the characater of the"diplex phosphorus absorption"from the design,achived better and stable result.④When C/P was maitained about on 25~50 in influent, the concerntration of PO43- in effluent were about 0.1~1.5mg/L in DNP-MSBR process.
