As a new material, inorganic nanometer material means the size under 100nm and has been attracted widely attentions because of its unique characteristics such as small size, complex configuration, high specific surface area. It is supposed to have important applications in catalysis, environment protection, medicine and health, electronic industry and so on. To satisfy all kinds of application, preparation of multifunctional nano-composite materials has become an important aspect of research.In the anodic Alumina membrane there are nano-scale holes which are equirotal and well-regulated, 420nm in the size of aperture and 1011singleton/cm2 in the density of hole. A series of nano-materials such as nano-tube and nano-club can be fabricated by applying it as template. This preparing method is simple. During the course of nano-structural materials construction, the dream of people can be implemented freely.TiO2 nanotubes characterized by rough walls, the outsides diameter of 150nm and the longest length of 70um, were found in the pores of an alumina template membrane. The syntheses of transparent colloidal solutions of TiO2 were presented, which were analyzed by TEM etc. Various measurements including TEM,AFM,XRD and fluorescence spectroscopy were used to characterize the diameter, morphology, structure, composition and absorption edge of TiO2 nanotubes.One kind of TiO2 were prepared by hydrolysis of Ti(OC4H9)4. TiO2 nanotubes, characterized by rough walls, the outside diameter of 20nm and the length of 100um, which were be found in the pores of an alumina template membrane. They were found to be polycrsytal in anatase after special heat treatment. And the walls of TiO2 were composed of many small round crystal but there were no any fine structures on the surface of AAO. The luminescence in 300400nm on the TiO2 nanotubes was more intense and blue shifted compared with that on the TiO2 film.
