Mould is a very important equipment of steel-making technics in modern iron and steel enterprise, and in order to ensure that continuous casting production runs successfully, a mould hydraulic-servo oscillation device is needed. It drives mould move under a decided oscillation rule. It is a key to determine the steel band quality and the yield. In recent years, The Hydraulic-Servo mould is applied in the world, realized product line's automation for continuous metal cast. The Mould Hydraulic-Servo System is a complicated, high-accuracy and synthetical control system with the characteristics of the mechanical system, electrical system and hydraulic system. Its faults are complex; the conventional fault diagnosis methods can't diagnose these faults quickly and correctly.Aim at this kind of condition; this paper carried on the thorough research of mould hydraulic-servo system, combining with the modern fault diagnosis theory, artificial intelligent diagnosis theory, information fusion technology and computer technology. Researched the method how to make non-sinusoidal oscillation wave and the intelligent on-line monitor system of the oscillation mould hydraulic-servo system. By using hydraulic virtual instrument technology, realized signal's collect,Analyze and processing. Monitoring mould hydraulic-servo system real-time and realize the fault diagnosis of the system by use creditability software that we developed. Main researched problems of this are listed below:1,Mould oscillation device is analyzed and summarized in this paper. Optimized mathematic model of the mould hydraulic-servo system. Aim at multichannel couple phenomenon in system, decoupling control is adopted in the control of the mould hydraulic system and obtained the good result, the simulation results indcated that the decoupling control satisfied produce demand.2,on base of the researching the principle of the mould oscillation controlling system ,the complex wave which can satisfy the requirement of the procedure is created. At the same time, thoroughly analyzing the dynamic characteristic of the complex wave and sinusoidal wave, the mathematical model of non-sinusoidal oscillation processing parameter of the mould is set up and the processing parameter is optimized and determined.3,Aim at the fault diagnosis of the mould hydraulic-servo system ,analyzing and processing signal by adopting the wavelet technique. Put forward multi-sensor information fusion fault diagnosis of the mould hydraulic-servo system based on wavelet technique and neuron-net technique, improving creditability of the fault diagnosis system. Take the example for hydraulic pump,hydraulic-servovalve and synchronous hydraulic cylinder, combining with multi-sensor information fusion fault diagnosis based on signal processing technique and neuron-net technique, the faults sates is indenified correctly, meantime, putting forward gradual change fault...
