At present, the slippery mushroom seen in the market is not big , but the colour is very yellow and vivid . In fact, it is produced by rongalite.Rongalite is divided by two kinds, one is industrial level, the other is food level. In order to reduce cost, some of the producers put the industrial into the slippery mushroom. The industrial rongalite contents high quantity of heavy metal, the slippery mushroom produced by which whether or not can cause the pollution of heavy metal and make people toxic initate people realization. Because of the heavy metal in body can be realized toxic after a long time , it is not easy to find out.This text has researched the atomic-absorption spectrometry, ICP-AES and atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Through the the choice of the best conditons, the analytical methods of heavy metal in the slippery mushroom is based, and the method is very delicacy.By the experiment, the analytical methods of using Flame atomic-absorption spectrometry was based. The best condition of tests had been confirmed: width of the slit; the flux ratio of the flame; the viewing height. The best extracted condition:the dosage of KI(2.0mol/L) was 2.0 mL, the dosage of HCl(2.5 mol/L) was 3.0 mL, the system of digestion was HNO3-HClO4(15+2), Under the best conditons , the detected limits of Cu, Cd, Pb, Zn were 0.0060.06 mg/L, the recoveries were 90.0%110.6%; and the relative standard deviations were below 5%.The method can analyze the Cu, Cd, Pb, Zn in the slippery mushroom, and it is of paratical mean.By the experiment, the analytical methods of Furnace atomic-absorption spectrometry was based. HNO3-HClO4(4+1) was chosen as the best system of digestion. The best condition of tests had been confirmed. The regression equation of As was A=0.0105C+0.0023, the linear area was 0.5μg/L65.0μg/L, its correlation coefficient was 0.9990, its recoveries were 86.2105.6%, and the relative standard deviation was 1.7%. The method is correct and is of low detected limit, it is suitable for the detection of low quantity As.
