| In this paper, Blend membrane prepared of silk fibroin /poly-lactic acid fiber blend solution is studied and investigated.It can improve the performance of structure of silk fibroin and could be the candidate materials for biomedical applications. In this article,we adopt several different kinds of experiment conditions,including the variation of component proportions,different reaction times,different reaction temperatures and different crosslinking adhesive, to produce blend membrane .DSC,the thermo analysis,and micrograph examined the structure, biodegradation capability in vitro and performance of blend membrane.
