The Improvement Of The Pure Silk Weaving Technology

Pure silk weaving is the process of making silk fabric from silk filament according to a certain specification and technological design request. All of the technical key points dealing with the factors that affecting the quantity, quality and consumption of the semifinished products, and the surface style of the fabrics, are called the technology of silk weaving.The status in quo and the characteristics of domestic silk weaving producing are analyzed in combination with the author's practical work. The aim of this paper is to find out the gap and the insufficiency existing in the silk weaving producing, so as to shorten the gap from the world advanced producing technical level as far as possible. Meanwhile, Some practical and feasible solutions and the measures aiming at the actual problem occurring in the real producing are proposed in this paper.This topic has been made in the foundation of the massive materisals, experiments, practice and analysis.
