Oil shale is an organically burnable rock and non-renewable fuel resource, important substitute resource for oil and gas. Reserves of oil shale exceed petrolic exploitation turnout greatly, nowadays, intense instance of energy sources increasingly, mine oil shale substitute for petroleum have important signality to the development of country.China is one of abundant oil shale reserve country, oil shale reserves that have proved up is 315.67 hundred million tons. According to country resource department reconnaissance, oil shale reserves that have forecasted are 254.29 hundred million tons and proved up is 174.26 hundred million tons. The reserves are the first and due to about 54 percents of country.Now, China distill shale oil adopt mostly technology of carbonization. Small oil shale is tailing in factory of carbonization and no technology to distill shale oil. So search a technology to distill small shale oil is an important task that in favor of use small oil shale.According to oil shale resource is abundance and actuality of exploitation in Jilin province, at the same time search an efficient technology to distill small shale oil. The experiment makes use of fluidized bed reactor that biology matter for bio-oil system carry through experiment research that the technology of pyrolysising oil shale for shale oil.On the base of refer a great deal literature, making sure testing mostly influence factor is reaction temperature, oil shale particle size and oil shale material rate and designing orthogonal experiment. Make use of fluidized bed reactor that biology matter for bio-oil system carry through experiment research that the technology of pyrolysising oil shale for shale oil. Tiptop yield of shale oil is 5.13 percent of all oil. The results of experiment showed that the pyrolysising method was effective for shale oil though rate of shale oil was quite low. The research educed the influence rule of main parameter such as reaction temperature, oil shale particle size and oil shale material rate etc. and analyzed the influence mechanism, which is the base of applying the technology of preparing shale oil by pyrolysising oil shale. The results of test showed that size of oil shale was maximal influence factor to shale oil yield. Lesser size reacted more completely than the big one in the fluidized bed reactor. Material rate was the second place because it affected directly settle time of gas. The long settle time would reduce shale oil yield; temperature was minimal influence factor to shale oil yield because lower temperature arouse reaction imperfection. The results of orthogonal experiment showed the optimal combination: size of oil shale less than 0.47 millimeter, rate of material speed was 14kg/h, reaction temperature was 450-500 centigrade thermometer.
