Testing Study On The Technology Of Refining Pulp Applied To Purified Pulp Of Yunnan Pine

This thesis discourses upon the historical evolvement, character and developmental tendency of viscose fiber, and analyzes and demonstrates the opportunities, existing problems and developmental strategies with which Chinese industry of viscose fiber is confronted in the current cosmopolitan market. It also proposes that the wrong idea, which was formed under some historical factors and only attaches importance to technological transformation of the ultimate yield' s production line, regardless of improving the production level of purified pulp as semifinished product , must be replaced with the new one that there is nothing to attain the goal of improving production level of viscose fiber but to adopt the new technologies, new processes and new equipments which aim at the quality of the purified pulp.In the process of producing the purified pulp, the main influencing factors to the quality of pulp are cooking&digast, beating pulp and bleaching.
