With the development of modern biotechnology, more and more microorganism is used in environmental protection. The screening and determinant of microbial dephosphorization , the characteristic of strain PM55 , the biotransformation conditions of dephosphorization,and the mechanism of Strain PM55 were investigated.Several sorts of strains were isolated from samples by a series of experiments,8 of them proved to be satiafactory effect on dephosphorization were obtained. The best strain, named as PM55 in this paper,with a higher dephosphorization efficiency,was identified Aspergillus Genus.PM-2-9 was obtained from PM55 through ultraviolet radiation , and its P-decomposing in medium was 1.8 times more than that of PM55.Many factors,such as the composition of culture medium,initial pH of medium,the culture temperature and the rotating speed , affect microorganism dephosphorization efficiency. In order to gain a high dephosphorization efficiency of Strain PM-2-9,P-decomposing conditions were optimized by combination orthogonal test design and single factor design.The result showed that optimum composition of the culture medium was Glucose 3.5 g/L,NaNO3 4.0g/L,FeSO40.01g/L,KCl 0.5g/L,MgSO4 0.5g/L,Ca3(PO4)2 0.9g/L,initial pH 6.0.And at a rotating speed of 150rpm,30℃of temperature,and 4d for cultivation,Strain PM-2-9 had a great efficiency on dephosphorization. Under this culture condition,the p-content in the medium is up to118.81mg/L.Through the study of the property of Strain PM-2-9 in the optimum culture conditions, the dephosphorization mechanism by the Strain PM-2-9 was discussed.The phosphorus-rich manganese ore was treated by rude strain and domesticated strain which was pretreated by metal ions,phosphorus-rich manganese ore. The experimental results were satisfactory, and might be a useful foundation for further study of microorganism dephosphorization in phosphorus-rich manganese ore.The experimental results showed that optimum conditions of dephosphorization for phosphorus-rich manganese ore were as follows: particle size -74μm,inoculation capacity 10%.
