Basalt Fiber Reinforced Polymer (BFRP) was used to reinforced wood composites. The BFRP/Wood composites overcome the intrinsic limitation of wood, and improve the value of wood. This technology realize utilize of inferior timber, which greatly develop the applications in building field, including civil domicile, business building and pavement, bridge and so on. This paper including following aspect: (1) Develop of Basalt fiber reinforced polymers (phonel formaldehyde, PF; epoxy, EP; unsaturated polyester,UP).. (2) Epoxy resin, BFRP, Pinus sylvestris were used to manufacture BFRP/wood composites. The adhesives performance was tested according to ASTM D 2559 and ASTM D 905 standards. Also study on the delamination influence by hydroxymethylated resorcinol was coupled to wood and different molding pressure. Conclusion as follows:(1) In the preliminary study on BFRP, Epoxy behaves the best performance, phonel formaldehyde take second place and unsaturated polyester is the weakest. The strongest tension strength is epoxy BFRP and bending strength is phonel formaldehyde BFRP.(2) The result of orthogonal experiment of phonel formaldehyde BFRP composites indicates the optimize technics is A1 B2C1,( molding temperature 180℃, heat pressure 7MPa, gluing time 20min). Silicon alkyl coupling agent KH550 improve the glue performance, which improve BFRP tension strength 31.1% and bending strength 47.6 %.(3) The result of delamination test of BFRP/wood composites shows, HMR coupling greatly improve the glue performance and the delamination decrease from 1.03% to 0.00%, which reach the ASTM D2559 standard demand(under exterior exposure conditions < 1 %). In the selective pressures the glue performance of BFRP/wood composite with the pressure more large the glue performance much better.(4) The result of shear testing show, the material failure was about 76 %.
