Study On Novel Coating For Solid Phase Microextraction, Its Application And The Application Of Fe Nanoparticles Immobilized On The Resin In Environmental Fields

This dissertation is consisted of two different parts. Part I is focused on the development of novel coating for solid phase microextraction and its application. Part II is concentrated on the application of Fe⁰ nanoparticles immobilized on the cation resin in environmental fields.In the beginning of Part â…  , the characteristics, devices, methodology and application in the solid phase microextraction were introduced. The preparation and categories of the coating materials were presented in detail.Subsequently it is the preparation and application of two novel coatings(polyaniline and polytoluidine). They are both prepared in the solutions, which contain monomers of aniline and its derivatives, by electroplating method. In the electroplating process, the stainless fibers were used instead of the fused silica fiber for its better mechanical strength.The polyaniline fiber was evaluated by analyzing six aromatic amines( aniline, N,N-dimethylaniline, m-methylaniline, 2,4-dimethylaniline, 2-chloroanline, 3,4-dichloroaniline) in water. After the optimized analytical procedure, the linearity was from 4.8 to 2.75×10⁴μg L^-1 and the detection limits was from 0.019 to 1.06 μg L^-1. Relative standard deviations were found to be 2.02-6.00%.Two alkanes (n-tetradecane and n-pentadecane) in lake sediments amended by penguin droppings were used to evaluate the polytoluidine fiber. Under the optimized conditions, the linearity was from 0.1 to 160 ng g^-1 and the detection limits was from 0.05 to 0.1 ng g^-1.
