In this dissertation, the effects of VGCF on morphology, non-isothermal crystallization, melting behaviors and electrical properties of Vapor-Grown Carbon Fiber(VGCF) filled HDPE/iPP, HDPE/PMMA and PVDF/PMMA polymer blends are studied. The results show that the percolation threshold of VGCF filled HDPE/iPP, HDPE/PMMA and PVDF/PMMA polymer blends are 1.5phr, 1.25phr and 5phr VGCF content, respectively. It is found that VGCF is preferentially located in the HDPE phase, resulting in double percolation phenomenon for VGCF/HDPE/iPP and VGCF/HDPE/PMMA composites. The selective location of VGCF increases the filler concentration of filler-rich phase, and conductive network can be formed in a lower percolation threshold.For the unfilled HDPE/iPP blends, the crystallization peak...
