For the seek of environmental protection and energy conservation, the search for renewable, cheap and clean energy source has been an essential problem for humankind. Among these solar energy is a kind of new energy with clear, safe, no pollution, no effect on environment and reproducible. At present, thin film solar cells are the most interesting project in the realm of solar cells research and development. CuInSe2 (CIS) is a highly promising semiconductor material for thin film solar cells, which possesses optimum energy band gap and extraordinarily high absorption coefficient and long-term stability without any signs of degradation, high photoelectric conversion efficiency, and low-cost and environmental protection.The research chosen the the solution of CuSO4,In2(SO4)3,H2SeO3 and Na-citrate as the electrolyte, and electrodeposited CIS films on the mild steel which electroplate Ni first on it with the constant potential method. The selenized films were characterized by XRF, XRD, Roughness Equipment, metalloscope, SEM, linear sweep method etc.The result show that along with the increase of the concentration which was the In2(SO4)3 and complexant, when pH of the solution was close to 1.5, the photoelectricity transformation functionof the CIS films was the best, and the composition of the thin CIS films which was the nuber of Cu atom In atom and Se atom approach the optimum proportion 1:1:2. And chosen the better optimum technology and composition of the plating solution through the above research. Test the photoelectricity transformation function composition and the crystal construction of the thin films which prepared by the better optimum solution at different voltages.Got the best optimum technology and composition of the plating solution through the above research, and have a research of comparation which was the apparent and the quality of the surface, the object of the research was the thin films prepared by the better and the best optimum solution.
