Filament winding is an important technology in manufacturing high strength composite components and is first used in national defense and aerospace industry. Now it has been gradually applied in civil use and has bright future.The process of winding can be separated from the measure to the technological parameters,the variety of the winding tension of the fiber and the temperature of the gum trough directly affects the whole performance of the winding goods. Aiming at the actual condition of the fiber winding process, as the actual needing of the system, the machining technical parameter monitor system for the numerical control winding machine was designed.As for as the construction of the hardware, this system uses PC to control and is composed of high qualified PCI-1710 data acquisition board, PCLD-8710 screw terminal board and PCL-10168 special cable board as input and output tune instruments.In the process of software designing, the Windows software was chosen as the development platform, the Visual C++ was chosen as the software development environment, makes advantage of the strong DLL (Dynamic-Link Library) function that the PCI-1710 provides to program, so the programming process was simplified and the utilization of the resources was raised.In the winding technical module, the system has arithmetic about winding technical parameters through the studying of winding order and winding technics. The system can acquire the result when you input some special original technical parameter.The system can realize functions of calculating the technological parameters, displaying acquired data and saving acquired data. The input range, dwell time, the acquired channel of the module can be controlled according to the need. The system uses mathematical method of the curve fitting to calibrate transducer. The software has digital filter method to prevent pulse jamming. |
