Research On Automatic Programming System For WEDM-LS

This article researches deeply auto-programming system of the RA9, SODIC and CAXA wire-cutting V2 in overview home and abroad developing condition of WEDM, researches to and develops auto-programming system of low-speed wire-cutting electrical discharge machining(LWEDM) which has the Chinese characteristics and satisfies the customers'need.This paper includes following content. The data source of the create code in system of auto-programming comes from the DXF document. The DXF document records in detail the entity information of the CAD .The system analyses the construction of DXF document and the meaning of a code and gets information successfully. Researching to mapping of two view windows, it makes the entity which lies in different diagram layers and goes with marked information re-appear in the auto-programming system. The disposal of track excursion corner adopts two kinds of methods that arc and line transition. Studying the obtainment of the every kind of conjunction method key points of entity, implement every kind of entity connects through using skillfully nested loop of data structure. It studies in detail the key problem of code generation, which can realize exact generation of two kinds of codes, and the mutually converting of two kinds of codes, and checks the two kinds of codes.In order to research of upper and lower special type, this paper adopts the double-blockade diagrams drew by AutoCAD to represent the top and bottom surface of special type. It achieves Application of user and interface based on gaining the label dots of corresponded top and bottom surface. The ordering is according to the sequence of the label dots. It sets the jumping-off points as the first label dot of top surface and obtain the basic corresponding section from the seriation of the top and bottom surfaces .It processes linearization disposal and creates four-axis NC code according to one by one corresponding principle. It processes dynamic check adopting OpenGL to four-axis NC code. The article study preliminary other code that CAM creates. This system can read the codes directly and convert them into the code format of this system, and call the UG, Pro-e, AutoCAD and other CAD system in auto-programming system.
