Working accuracy of NC machine tool is increasingly drawing attention along with the development of top science, space technology and defence industry. Working accuracy of NC machine tool is one of the most important performance indexes, meanwhile, the foundation of ensuring the finish of machining task. On-line measure technique of NC machine tool is among the developing contents of numerical control technique. It can not only reduce the error due to second clamp and man-hour, but also increase survey accuracy and ensure the quality of product furthest. Integral machine tool of satellite detection and truing is a typical case of utilizing on-line measurement technique.Satellite shell accuracy is the key of ensuring the launching success of satellite, and integral machine tool of detection and truing for satellite is mainly for measuring and truing surface of satellite, so it is important to study and to analyse machine tool precision. This thesis mainly carries out precision design and analyzing. There are a great many factors of affecting the precision of machine tool, this thesis pays more attention to geometrical errors and kinematical errors.Firstly, accuracy indexes is established according to its measure function, and assigning total errors to each spare part by"equal effect principle"of the accuracy exponential, initially suggesting tolerance and technical requirement of every part. Then, in order to establish model of geometrical errors and kinematical errors, we choose multi-body system kinematical theory, and utilize homogeneous matrix to express position of every part, and express relationship of every part by transformation matrix.Finally, we figure out population accuracy of the machine tool with extremum method and probability method and simulate out survey accuracy at all points based on the model above and adjust initially suggested parameters. We gather a set of economically feasible technical criteria on linearity,squareness,deflexion,pitch and oscillation of sliding guide etc, and make the survey accuracy of the machine tool hit 63.2μm, and meet accuracy requirement.
