Pultrusion has many advantages such as running operation, high fiber content good quality and no waster, which makes it more and more regarded and developed fast. Traditional process parameters are based on experiences and production quality mostly depends on workers'proficiency of operation. The relation of parameter and degree of cure can not be presented, which affects the development of pultrusion.Computer technology with its rapid development is more and more applied to analysis and design of materials, which has the important function of saving cost, increasing productivity and shortening period. It is also the mainly direction of analysis and design of materials in the future.The property of pultrusion production depends on the degree of cure. The article studies the cure of pultrusion process. The effect of die temperature and draught speed on the degree of cure is studied through analyzing the transformation of temperature field and the math model is established. This process is simulated with computer, and then the data obtained by the simulation are calculated with Artificial Neural Network and the corresponding relation of parameter, product quality and degree of cure, called mach model is gained. The optimal process parameters can be achieved through imputing the degree of cure according to the math model and Genetic Algorithms.Although all of the study on the process is base on the numerical simulation and theory analysis, the data can be well coincident with the factual values, which prove the method and established are efficient and practical.
