This paper studies the development principle of intensity of different mineral powder acted in alkali and analyses the performance of the alkali-activated materials. Observe hydration products through SEM and analyze micro-structures activated mechanisms.With the variation of their alkali type, content of alkali , module of sodium silicate, fineness, water cement ratio , the temperature of curing , the time of curing , the manner of activation ,the temperature of calcination and ratio of composite powder and composite alkali and other factors, analyze the principle of their intensity. Researches show that :the activated effect of sodium silicate on the slag and the increased calcium fly-ash stimulating is superior to the effect on NaOH .When the content of the sodium silicate ,modules 1.2, reached 8%, the intensity reach the maximum . the best fineness of slag is 500m2/kg .When alkali activate coal gangue ,the more the temperature of curing increase, the age of curing increase, the larger the intensity is. For the manner of activation, the activation of a simple heat is worse than that of the increased calcium. The best content of lime is 14%. When the temperature of calcinations is at 700℃, the activity of coal gangue reach the maximum. When the slag and fly-ash compounded at the ratio of 80:20, slag and coal gangue compounded at the ratio of 70:30 , the activated effects are equal to that of the pure slag. A little amount of Portland cement can greatly enhance the alkali-activated effect of fly-ash and coal gangue, and improve the performance of the alkali-activated materials. Alkali-activated materials have a very high anti-acid erosion performance and the coefficient of anti-erosion is two times more than that of cement. The contraction of alkali-activated materials are relatively large, a little amount of the cement added can greatly improve its contraction performance, even equal to the contraction of ordinary cement.Observe the hydration product of alkali-activated coagulation materials through scanning electronic microscope: the hydration product of alkali-activated coagulation materials is different from that of Portland cement, not containing AFt, Ca (OH) 2.
