According to the studies on the thermomechanical training propertys of CuZnAl shape memory alloys,the full-healing security unit on line distribution rack of program controlling protector was designed in this paper.Bend method was applied to measure the SME of these alloys. Microstructure was studied by virtue of optical microscope, SEM, XRD and transmission electron microscope.The first experiment: the thermomechanical training of CuZnAl shape memory alloys with three different kinds of transformation temperatures after being treated by two-grade ageing heat-treatment technology was presented in this section(the ageing times were 0.5h,1.0h,1.5h,and the mediums of thermal cycling were oil of 423K and water of 373K). The influences of different transformation temperatures,different ageing times,and different medium and temperature of thermal cycling on SME of CuZnAl shape memory alloys were studied when pre-deformations was 3.8%.The results of the experiment indicated that The SME of the alloys with lower transformation temperatures were better than that of alloys with higher transformation temperatures with the same ageing times; The SME of the alloys decreased obviously with the lengthen of ageing times;The attenuation of two-way SME of alloys practiced in oil of 423K was less than that of alloys practiced in water of 373K.The second experiment: the thermomechanical training of CuZnAl shape memory alloys with three different kinds of transformation temperatures after being treated by two-grade ageing heat-treatment technology was presented in this section(the ageing times was 0.5h),the pre-deformations were chosen as 10.7%,13.3%,20%,30%,and the medium of thermal cycling was oil of 423K. The results of the experiment indicated that with the increase of pre-deformation the SME of the alloys decreased; when pre-deformation was 30%,all of the alloys had nothing obvious reaction...
