Isolation And Character Of Cypermethrin Degrading Strains

Cypermethrin(CM) exhibit high insecticidal activity combined with low mammalian toxicity, however, it has an extremely high toxicity to the aquatic environment. Biodegradation plays an important role in the treatment of remained pesticide. This article is about the screening of highly-effective-CM-degradation strains and investigation of its degradation characters, which includes (1) the selection and determination of analytic methods of CM appropriate for the different experimental systems; (2) the building of an efficient, simple and convenient screening model to obtain an aimed strains from soil; (3) optimization of degrading conditions such as pH, CM concentration and added nutrition; (4) the exploration of the metabolic pathway of CM degradation.According to the demand of experiment, photospectrometer and high-performance liquid chromatography were used for analysis of CM respectively.A highly effective screening model was built, in which enrichment was conducted by adding a definite amount of CM into the innutrient medium.
