In this paper, use the method of the orthogonal experiment study urea and potassium hydrate pulping of bagasse technical parameters,and then through two single factor optimize experiments,at last get the optimal technical parameters for the urea and potassium hydrate pulping of bagasse: urea charge 13%, potassium hydrate charge 5%, sulphidity 6%,liquor ratio 1 : 4,maximum temperature is 150℃,time at maximum temperature is 45min.Use this technical parameter cooking bagasse, then use disc refiner grind the pulp with 0.5mm, 0.3mm> 0.15mm interstice, control the degree of beating is 45°SR and use the standstard sheet machine make hand sheet ,the hand sheet physical properties: breaking length is 4.3km, ring crush compression resistance index is 8.06 N·m/g and the tight degree is 0.59 g/cm~3, these physical properties have achieve fluting medium national standard(GB13023-91) A class requirement.Delignification mechanism and kinetics of urea and potassium hydrate pulping of bagasse were studied by pulping experiments carried out under stable...
