A Study Of Preparation And Application Of Thechitooligosaccharide-Based Polymer

In this dissertation,a study of preparation and application of the chito-oligo-saccharide-based polymer synthesized by ⁶⁰Co γ -ray irradiation technique was made. The learned report on the scientific research concerned was not made yet. The main work was summarized in the following statements:Studies on the depolymerization of chitosan by cellulase as well as ⁶⁰Co γ -ray irradiation for preparation of chito-oligosaccharide. According to the curve of solubility of chito-oligosaccharide with 3000 molecular weight and narrower range, chito-oligosaccharide was purified for preparation of the chito-oligosaccharide-based polymer synthesized by ⁶⁰Co γ -ray irradiation technique .Chito-oligosaccharide-based polymer (which included resolvable polymer as well as hydrogel of the polymer with a responsive nature to pH) was synthesized by ⁶⁰Co γ -ray irradiation technique .
