In order to satisfy the needs of advanced dynamic balancing emendation technique, an automatic dynamic balancing emendation integrated system with remote manipulating ability, which took an embedded system as central controlling and measuring unit, was introduced. In the system, automatic dynamic balancing measurement, numerical control machining and workpiece-transfer manipulator were integrated, and two key techniques, including automatic dynamic balancing measurement and remote real-time data transmission, were studied emphatically. The content of this dissertation included:Chapter 1, based on the discussion about the significance of research of dynamic balancing emendation and the review of current status and future development trend of dynamic balancing emendation technology, the feasibility of automatic dynamic balancing emendation's remote manipulating was discussed, the research content of this dissertation was proposed, and the research framework was arranged.Chapter 2, the basic theory of dynamic balancing emendation was discussed. After the characteristics of various calibration methods were studied, once for all calibration method was put forth.Chapter 3, Aimed at system requirements, the whole structure of automatic dynamic balancing emendation integrated system with remote manipulating ability was proposed and each module was introduced separately. On the base of these, main functional and structural modules were compartmentalized, designed and analyzed.Chapter 4, the project of embedded Web Server's hardware was introduced, and the design of network module's hardware was emphatically studied. Based on the selection and transplant of operating system, the software frame and flow chart were put forward. The driver of network module and application were designed. Meanwhile, the system's accessing method through Web was designed.Chapter 5, based on the study of various digital filtering methods, an improved method of adaptive filtering based on harmonic wavelet was proposed, and the problem of abstracting unbalance quantity and its phase precisely in the environment of strong background noises with variable frequency structure was successfully solved. By use of the adaptive technology based on internet, the time delay in network communication was forecasted and eliminated.Chapter 6, the data transmitted between various modules was analyzed and classified, and the data communications method was designed based on appointed data accessing mode. At last the system software is introduced.Chapter 7, important results and conclusions of this dissertation were summarized and the prospect for the application of automatic dynamic balancing emendation integrated system with remote manipulating ability was put forward.
