High Speed machining technology is one of most commonly advanced manufacturing engineering, which has extensive prospects of application and development.The core of high-speed machining technology is high cutting speed that is the main craft using in the milling. High-speed milling cutter is one of the most important techniques used to achieve the high-speed milling processing. When the high-speed milling cutters are rotating, the significant centrifugal force will be imposed on them, and the impact is far more than the cutting force and thus it will be the key burdening of the cutters. Research has shown the centrifugal force imposed on the cutter is direct proportional to the rotational speed square. However excessive centrifugal force will result in the cutlery ineffective, or even disintegration, which will bring about serious accidents. Therefore, the safety studies on the high-speed milling cutter techniques will have significant impact on the research and the application of the high-speed machining technologies.The thesis debated and analyzed the inactivation forms and the influencing factors on the high-speed face milling cutter based on the security research using the international safety standards and with finite-element method. Among the research results there are cutlery design, manufacture and error analysis during the using processing and its distribution which lead to the unbalanced amount and the increased centrifugal force of the high-speed face milling cutter as the major factors reducing the security of cutter.The dynamic balanced model of high-speed face milling cutter was created on the base of the dynamic balanced theory according to its design features. Put forward the resolve method of the maximum unbalanced amount, moreover achieved the influence regulation for the dynamic balanced theory of the high-speed face milling cutter generated by the cutter error and its distributions.
