The Study On The Determination Of Organotions In Industrial Product And Environment

Nine organotin compounds(MBT,DBT,TBT,TeBT,MPhT,DPhT,TPhT,DOT,TCyT) have been studied by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry in this thesis. The effect of operating condition of GC-MS such as flow rate, temperature of injection, detector are investigated and acquire optimum operating condition. The ranges of linearity, corrections of linearity of nine organotin compounds also have been compared.Organotin compounds are widely used in the many fields of industry. Many countries including China have come to pay attention to them and make up the codes for limiting the content in some products such as textile and coating. The thesis discusses the determination of organotin compounds in textile and coating, and analyzes the organotin in seawater of Qingdao beach. The research results are as follows:1. The thesis has established the coating preparation method by a series of experimentations such as extraction solvent and solid phase, et al. The average recoveries of nine organotin compounds are from 87.48% to 104.62%, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) from 2.27% to 11.50%. Compares with ICP-AES method, the variance and average value of the two methods are not significance difference. So we conclude that this method is accurate and credible.2. The thesis set up the determination of organotin compounds in textile. The average recovery of MPhT on the 0.25mg/kg level is 61.50%. The average recoveries of others are from 87.37% to 121.76%. And the RSDs of all organotin compounds are from 2.39% to 8.56%. The results show that this method is accurate and credible.3.
