Through plenty of information, this thesis first describes the present air pollution treatment of our country, and explains the necessaries and importance of treating and controlling for SO2 and dust discharge. And by analyzing and contrasting the domestic development and status quo of desulfurization and dedust technology, combined with the present desulfurization and dedust technology of our county, this thesis explains the importance and the feasibility of desulfurization and dedust unification technology from technical and economic point of view.With gas diffusion absorption theory and mass transfer theory, this paper makes theoretical analysis for wet flue gas desulfurization(FGD) mechanism, in which, limestone-gypsum technique, lime-gypsum technique as well as lime-thrown away technique are mainly analyzed and compared .From the analysis, we can draw the conclusion that thrown away technique is more suitable for desulfurization and dedust unification facility of medium or small boiler. At the same time, the paper also analyses theoretically the factors that affect desulfurization efficiency of the system.Base on the research and analysis, FGD and dedust facility for spraying absorber system was designed and built, a lot of experiments were done to study the resistance characteristic, and the influence on the efficiency of FGD, dedust and the unification of the both by the factors such as liquid gas ratio(L/G),flue gas volume ,spray volume ,inlet flue gas concentration of SO2, fly-ash concentration and so on. We analyzed the influence factors of the desulfurization and dedust efficiency as well as the factors of the system operation stabilization, and found relatively reasonable parameter.In addition, mechanism of additive (surfactant) application for wet flue gas desulfurization and dedust is analyzed theoretically and feasible is proved through verification in experiments. And the paper puts forward a new method in theory of desulfurization and dedust by adding surfactant into absorbent.
