Definition of composite roof gates, theory analysis and Flac2d simulation software on composite roof defonnation characteristics, destruction mechanics and control effect of no support and kinds of bolting under static pressure and dynamic pressure are studied. The mechanism of action and key factors of bolting of composite roof gates, which is the active support and pretension force on bolts and anchorage cable, are also studied. At last, three kind of scheme according to different bolts and anchorage cable spacing in the roof are simulated.In this paper, definition of composite roof gates is stated by inducing and summarizing literature and data. Then deformation characteristics, stress distribution of elastic model, deformation characteristics and control effect of non support, bolts-W steel-band-metal-net support and bolt-W steel band-metal net and anchorage support under static pressure and dynamic pressure are simulated by Flac2d simulation software.When the support of composite roof gates is not put into effect, then deflection subsidence and delamination of roof strata will take place. And from the causes of large-strain of damage under frame and shed support and partial bolting support, we can come into the conclusion that early defonnation of composite roof gates influences the total defonnation and determine whether the gates will damage. Meanwhile, for the implementation of bolting support to roof as composite girder and the suspension of anchorage cable to the composite roof gates, the active support of bolts and bolts and anchorage cable support that is supporting in time and assuring and increasing the pretightening force of bolts and anchorage cable should be displayed. In this paper, different models of different pretightening force of bolts-W steel-band-metal-net and anchorage cable support of composite roof gates under dynamic pressure are simulated. As a result, increasing pretightening force willdecrease the deformation of composite roof gates and result in better support effects.
