Noise-pollution has been named as one of four major harms of environmental problems in cities. How to keep the environment queit is one of the most important problems that whether we can attain the environmental projecting object and sustainable development or not.At present, the comprehensive control of noise pollution in the world is mainly based on the distribution control of noise pollution in order to strengthen the environmental administration of the city construction planning and the reasonable layout of the land usage. Another way is to control the noise intensity, which directly places restriction on the equipment took for the noise sourceEconomy in China is developing rapidly from the Reform and Opening while the concomitant problems of environment appeared such as the large drainage quantity of contamination, the serious quality of acoustic enviroment in city. For the reason above the National Environment Protection Bureau of China is developing total target hitting work in succession at 113 major cities in China.This paper takes the main cities and the primary cities along the Brahmaputra river and its four branches in Tibet as research subject, analyzes and evaluates the status quo of the acoustic environment based on an integrative investigation of nature environment,social econmics and all kinds of contaminations in the main cities and primary cities around the Brahmaputra river and its four branches in Tibet.
