Technical efficiency, which discovers the relationship between the improvement and abroad application of technology and the increase of economy, was researched while the improvement of technology was researched and scaled. The economy of China has increased with high speed after the reformation and opening. It was considered by the academia that the improvement of producing efficiency resulting from the reformation is the key of such increase.
