The modification of polymer material by filling with inorganic material is popular in recently years, but the modification of polyolefine by nano- Inorganic material is in the beginning. Because of the peculiarity of large ratio surface of the nano- Inorganic material there has been strong reciprocity between the dispersed nano- Inorganic material and polyolefine, which made the modification of polymer material by nano- Inorganic material come true. But it is just because of that, the nano-inorganic material is easy to reunite and it is difficult to disperse ,and the reunited body make the mechanics quality weakly in the compound, so it is necessary to improve the dispersion of nano-inorganics in the group.There were tow conventional methods to improve the dispersion: the first method is to fill with the dispersant in order to improve the strong reciprocity between the dispersed nano- Inorganic material and polyolefine; the second method is to depend on equipment. The dispersant has specificial functionality, it couldn't substitute the process technology and the functionality of equipment. The mechanical equipment could make the dispersion perfect via strong shearing power.It was the first time that vibration injection molding was applied in the compound of nano-inorganics / polyolefine.
