So the serious scale would appear and attach to pipeline or surface of heat-exchanger. The heat-exchange efficiency would reduce and deposit corrosion would occur under the scale, which disfunctions throughput and leads to safety trouble. An effective methods to inhibit scale is adding inhibitors, which can inhibit scale well at low dose and prevent so that it is widely used in water treatment.Inappropriate inhibitors or small dosage can not inhibit scale effectively and deposition would occur at higher dosage resulting in waste of inhibitors and grievous scale, deposition mechanism is not clear.
