The blades are key parts to the turbine,the aeronautic engine,the ship's thruster and others equipments,its quality will directly influence the steamy turbine's working,but the blade surfaces'quality will directly influence the blades'quality .As the blade surfaces are complicated special surfaces, it is a difficult problem to machining the blades for a long time. At present, the machining technics is lag behind, and the precision is pool in our country, while in foreign countries, they use the advanced technique and gain high precision products, but they need costly machining equipment. So, to seek a special economical method to machining the blade surfaces is urgent desire for the native corporation.In this paper, firstly introduce the general machining method for the blade, then present some methods to machining the blade surfaces and compare with them, then present a relative special machining method. Finally give the detailed implement process of the method, mainly include: the structure of the machine tool, the fixture of work piece, the choice of the tools, the technics process, machining the blade surfaces using UG-CAM module, create the tool path and postprocess them, simulate cutting, analysis the accuracy etc. Also, establish its mathematics model and give the postprocess solution.The special machining cutting method of blade surfaces in this paper have the virtue of simple structure, cheap cost, high efficiency, it not only apply to machining the blade surfaces, but also have useful assistance to cutting other surfaces; it apply for the small enterprises, especial for those who have no big mul-axis machining equipments, making use of the existing equipments to complete process of the blade surfaces, is very important economy value.
