In this thesis,we aim at the research and development circumstance, carry on systematic research based on the tin and antimony oxide electrode and some coating modifying study. The purpose is to prepare high oxygen overvoltage anodes with choiceness properties. we first study the preparation of SnO2-Sb2O3-CeO2/SnO2- Sb2O3/Ti,SnO2-Sb2O3-CoO2/SnO2-Sb2O3/Ti and SnO2- Sb2O3-CoO2/IrO2/Ti anodes by thermal decomposition method. They were used to treat organic wastewater to choose the best efficient electrode which is used to treat domestic wastewater. The result is that:1) The best thermal decomposition method of SnO2-Sb2O3-CeO2/SnO2-Sb2O3 / Ti anode is that the temperature chosen is 500℃,and the atomic mass proportion of tin, antimony and cerium is 100:10:1.2) The anode which mesosphere is IrO2,and the anode which surface contains cobalt are both promising.3) SnO2-Sb2O3-CeO2/SnO2-Sb2O3/Ti anode has good electric capability and electrocatalytic oxidation capabilit, which can degrade domestic wastewater and sauce wastewater.4) TiOx/Ti electrode is a kind of good cathode, which reactor voltage is very steady-going.5) SEM indicates that the surface structure of SnO2-Sb2O3-CeO2/SnO2- Sb2O3/Ti and SnO2-Sb2O3-CoO2/SnO2-Sb2O3/Ti electrodes which atomic mass proportion of tin, antimony and cerium are 100:10:1 ,distribute very symmetrical. However,if the proportion of cerium is increasing , the surface structure appears ramous.6) Electric current density and electroanalysis time are both important factors in the reation.7) Electric field Of interface , the nature of electrolyte , polarization , passivation of anodes, the deposit of cathode and the phenomena frothy effect the electrochemistry inner reaction.
