Soil organic matter(SOM) is always a research focus in the soil and environmental science. Humic matter was the most important fractions among the SOM, which varies considerably in different soils and included humic acids (HAs), fulvic acids (FAs)and humin (HM). Humin is a fraction of soil humic matter that can not be extracted either with alkali or with acid. Although it accounts for 50-80% of the soil humic matter, humin is the least studied. The difficulty in extraction, purification and solubilization prevents the determination of the chemical composition and structure of humin. In recent years, soil organic contaminations have attracted increasing attention in the environment. Especially, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) are of great concern due to their potential carcinogenicity. Humin is a major fraction of soil organic matter and strongly affects the sorption behavior and fate of organic contaminants in soils and sediments. The objective of this research was to nanlyse chemical structural constitution characterize of humin extracted from three different use types (mulberry field (sy), metasequoia field (ss), paddy field (st)) of Huangnitu soils and black soil of Jilin province. Four tested humins were extracted by the HF/HC1 and DMSO methods respectively. On the other hand, the sorption and desorption behaviors of phenanthrene by different humins were studied in this research, we stress the desorption process and study the desorption behavior of PAHs from humin fractions by using different desorption solution : organic and inorganic solution, separately. Finally, we want to further understand the mechanism of sorption/desorption of PAHs by comparing difference of chemical structural constitution. The results from analysis soil basic physical-chemical properties of showed that...
