In recent years, with the fast increasing of China's foreign trade for the pharmaceutical products, the technical service market in the pharmaceutical exports has consequently appeared extraordinarily active. Shanghai Gadder Biological Technical Ltd is one of the professional technical service companies in China which focuses the pharmaceutical exports. This article in the case made great efforts to seek the strategic management especially for the company.First of all, this article analyzed the external environment of Gadder Co., mainly including the market situation of the pharmaceutical exports in China, the technical requirement in the international market, the policies and rules of the import country and the requirement in the native market for the technical service. The external environment involves the economic, technical, political factors and so on. With the method of Michael Porter's "Five Key Points Model", this article indicated that Gadder has chosen a right field and Gadder has had a competitive status in the filed of pharmaceutical. Next, with EFAS, the article organized and summarized those external strategic factors which will make an effect on the enterprise development. All these external factors are divided into chance and threat. The significance for the company was weighed according to these factors, and further the article analyzed the company how to response for these factors.Secondly, this article analyzed the internal environment of Gadder Co.. Mainly with the transverse comparison method, the organization structure, marketing, production technique and financial status were analyzed, so as to help the company find the strength and weakness. The BCG was used to analyzed the marketing strategy, which helps the company choose a market with bigger potential as its developing stress. Next, with IFAS, the article organized and summarized those internal strategic factors which will make an effect on the enterprise development. All these internal factors are divided into Strength and Weakness. The significance for the company was weighed according to these factors, and further the article analyzed the company how to response for these factors.In the end, the article used the SFAS table to analyze the total strategic factors, summarized the macro-strategic factors currently. And then TOWS was used to educe four strategic schemes, which are the SO strategy (meet the opportunity with strength), the ST strategy (avoid the threat with strength), the WO strategy (avoid the weakness with opportunity) and the WT strategy (avoid the threat by conquering strength).
