Study And Development On The Time Quota Module For Injection Mould CAPP System

With economy globalization and high-speed development of information technology, manufacturing informatization has become a leading development trend. Time quota calculation informatization is an important issue of manufacturing informatization. It is not only a necessary part for integration system of design(CAD/CAPP),manufacture (CAM) and information management (MIS/ERP), but also a crucial basis for production planning, accounting and cost control in enterprises.Because of the single-part and small-batch characteristics of mould production, time quota calculation informatization is difficult to carry out, and the informatization of mould enterprises is restricted. Based on the existing injection mould CAPP system, the correlated technologies of injection mould time quota calculation are studied roundly, and a computer aided time quota calculation system is designed in the project.In this paper, according to the function, structure and process features of the injection mould parts, Group Technology (GT) is used to classify injection mould parts. An injection mould parts information classification coding system is established. The part information model of the computer aided time quota calculation system is set up and the problem of part information description and input is solved.According to the manufacture characteristics in mould enterprises and the principles of the computer aided time quota calculation system, the structure of the system and the function model are conceived. In the light of conception of modularization design, this system can be easily maintained and extended. Based on analyzing the characteristic of the standard data of the time quota in detail, the standard data database is established that can be used to account the time quota directly on the basis of the standard data. It is also propitious to enterprises establishing and maintaining the criterion of the time quota.Through analyzing the current measurements of the time quota calculation, the time quota calculation method on the basis of Group Technology is presented. A model for time quota calculation based on Artificial Neural Network is established and realized. By using Matlab language, the time quota calculation model is designed accurately. A new way of time quota calculation informatization is explored.
