Suzhou Creek is the relation between Tai lake and Huangpu river, a part of Shanghai's economical development and city life. As a great city, shanghai produce a A large amount of rubbish and pollute Suzhou Creek every day. Now Shanghai's government has disposed of water quality, but heavy metal pollution aren't involved.Water environment, salinity and pH can change stabilization of sediment, mercury in sediment can change follow this change, and transport, transfer among water, sediment and biology. Mercury is globality contamination, intensity toxicity. It can affect biogeocenose ,cumulated and magnified in biology. Samples places are Huangdu, Beixinjing, Panwanli and Wuning Road. From these four places we choose Wuning Road according to suspending and organic matter to process this research.This paper makes first research about mercury content in water, sediment in model place,and then makes research of transports transfer of heavy metal in waters sediment and biology from different factors: pHs temperatures Eh besides fish infection and bioconcentration factors. The aim is to offer decision and discover measure.It is important to find central factors and research disciplinarian of transports transfer of heavy metal. At the same time biological influence is link to biology community recover. Anyway it is time to diagnose and risk analysis, reduce risk and quicken ecosystem renew completely.The sequence of suspending of samples is Panwanli>Beixinjing>Wuning Rd>Huangdu. Huangdu suspending is 71.1 percent of Panwanli. The sequence of organic matter of samples is also be. Organic matter of Panwanli is 1.91 times than Huangdu. Commonly more content more close to downtown.Water mercury is interrelated with sediment mercury. Sediment mercury is more than water mercury, and can dissolve into water. Sediment dredge can produce great function. Unfiltrated water mercury is more than filtrated water. Unfiltrated water mercury is 2.0 times to filtrated water mercury in Summer and 2.2 times in Winter.
