Soybean oil is the world's largest output of oil, and the practical value of its production is very high.It is one of the people's basic nutriments for survival, As a whole industry China's oil industry has developed for many years, but with the deepening of soybean oil's processing.The oil industry has serious problem and it become increasing.energy sources and oil yield which are the problems of oil industry researchers explored generally at present. Find a reasonable alternative solvents and introduce advanced processing equipment are the core question of this paper.In this paper through a great deal of literature research.I have a certain degree understanding of the current situation at home and abroad and the latest developments of Soybean Oil's lixiviated and extracted, Using soybean of Northeast as the main raw materials for lixiviating and extracting experiments of soybean oil, as a means to advanced high intensity pulsed electric fields,By comparison of soybean oil extraction rate as a major indicator, test to high intensity pulsed electric fields and determine the related parameters.And by this research has come to the conclusions as follow:1.Test the various organic solvents (petroleum ether, acetone ,aether, 95% ethanol, ethanol, IPA) using different approaches and educe to the following results :Soaked with petroleum ether gained the fat content of 19.5% at room temperature.Soaked with petroleum ether gained the fat content of 20.34% at high temperature.Deal with petroleum ether gained the fat content of 21.8% at high intensity pulsed electric fields of E=25kv/cm,c=10.Soaked with acetone gained the fat content of 17.82% at room temperature.Soaked with acetone gained the fat content of 18.54% at high temperature.Deal with acetone gained the fat content of 19.3% at high intensity pulsed electric fields of E=25kv/cm,c=10.Soaked with aether gained the fat content of 15% at room temperature.Soaked with aether gained the fat content of 16.6% at high temperature.Deal with aether gained the fat content of 17.28% at high intensity pulsed electric fields of E=25kv/cm,c=10.Soaked with 95% ethanol gained the fat content of 8.4% at room temperature.Soaked with 95% ethanol gained the fat content of 9% at high temperature.Deal with 95% ethanol gained the fat content of 9.5% at high intensity...
