With the development of the ceramic industry to mechanization and automation, deadliness chink of is become more extrude which include low intensity short life and bad quality .The chief reasons are that unsteadiness quality ,more changing reasons of the plaster mould . we can say that intensity is the most important reasons which confine using of plaster mould . Contrapose this problem we put the emphases on the way that use physics measure include change the consistant of granularity and join some nonmetal mineral material (include mica fiber brucite ) and to intense plaster mould and check the plaster's performance and acquire hereinafter production:1. Plaster mould's most break intension is debasing with debasing of the when the granularity is between +0.12mm to -0.061mm,and the most intension in appear on -240mesh , connection of two types mineral between granularity and intension is that:y=6.371×10-4x1.65 and y=0.179x0.5922. Mica isn't suit to boost up the mould plaster because it will decrease the intensity and sop quotiety, Plaster mould's break intension decline 18.75% and 28.20% when content of mica reach 5%.3. Plaster mould's most wetness break intension is 3.30 Mpa when content of fiber brucite is 1% , ratio of water/plaster is 0.63 which is increase 71.88% to no fiber brucite plaster mould's.The most dry break intension is 6.43 Mpa which is increase 52.43% to no fiber brucite plaster mould's.4.According the analyse of orthogonal experiment content of fiber brucite and ratio of water/plaster will affect plaster mould's most wetness break intension markedness and content of fiber brucite is mostly complication while ratio of water/plaster is subordination complication ;In the precondition of better fluidity , plaster mould's most wetness break intension is on that content of fiber brucite is 3.6% ratio of water/plaster is 0.65,it become 2.96 Mpa which is increase 54.17% to no fiber brucite plaster mould's,...
