As a new type one, bioflocculant(BF) is a secure non-toxic substance,which has high efficiency,non-secondary pollution and shows us a great importance to human's healthy and environmental protection.However,most of researches are in bench-scale conditions at present.In order to accelerating the production and application of BF, the research has been conducted to exploit the new type highly active flocculant bacterium and analyze its influential factor of production and application.In the study, four strains with obvious flocculation efficiency were screened. one strains identified as Klebsiella pneumoniae achieves higher flocculation ratio,flock and mucilaginous fermenting liquor,therefore this strains named MF3 becames the main bacteria in subsequent experiments.The optimum fermentation conditions are determined as follows:carbon source and nitrogen source are respectively saccharose and urea ; yeast cream is indispensable;the concentration of PO4-is low;temperature is 30℃;pH is 7.2 adjusted by ammonia;the rotational speed of oscillator is set at 160 r/min.And the production conditions are determined as follows:pH is 7.5 immobilized by ammonia;temperature is 25~30℃;the rotational speed of oscillator is set at 120 r/min;time of production is 12h.Flocculating influential factors of MF3 are determined as follows:on the basis of optimum concentration of MF3 and CaCl2,their proportion is 1:1~CMF3/(CMF3+1); pH is 7.5.MF3 is highly active flocculant because of the low Concentration that just is F2,F6's 40%.The advantage of MF3 associating with inorganic flocculant is:decreasing concentration;decreasing the impact of environment;decreasing the cost of flocculating.Generations stabilization of MF3 is obvious advantage for industrialization of bioflocculant. The flocculation activated substances of MF3 distributed mainly in upper phase,so flocculation efficiency of MF3 does not caused by bacteria cell .
