The printing wastewater is a kind of harmful industrial wastewater. Concentration of organic substance and chroma are high. It has complicated constituents, and usually contains various kinds of dyes. Its chroma is dark, toxicity is strong, and the pH value changes greatly. The non-biodegradation substances exist largely. Therefore, it is a kind of wastewater which is hard to be treated.This paper has researched the coagulation-precipitation and iron-carbon inner electrolysis to deal with the printing wastewater by the numbers. The experience study aluminum sulfate (AS), ferric chloride (FC), polymerization aluminum chloride (PAC) and PASS degrade the printing wastewater. The result indicated that inorganic high polymer flocculants PAC and the PASS surpass AS and the FC inorganic small member flocculants. PAC and the PASS flocculants remove to the printing wastewater CODcr rate respectively is 45.7%, 49.7%.The chromaticity removal rate respectively is 78.6%, 80%.The influence of the factors such as pH, the iron filings quantity, Fe/C mass ratio, the reaction time, temperature and catalyst H2O2 quantity to printing wastewater are studied. The removal of CODcr rate and chromaticity rate are as attainable as 81.5%, 81%. The orthogonal experiment inspected the mutual function by pH, the iron filings, Fe/C mass ratio, the reaction time. It discovered that pH, the iron filings and Fe/C mass ratio have the remarkable influence to the CODcr removal rate. There is a mutual function between pH and Fe/C mass ratio. Study iron-carbon inner electrolysis mechanism by ultraviolet scanning.The experiment discovered the CODcr removal rate of iron-carbon mixture compared with independent active carbon and independent iron is high 37.7% and 54.5%. According to the simulation long-term test, it has confirmed the static testing result.
