Because of the tiny particle dimension, the nano material often cause quanta size effect, surface effect, great quanta effect and so on. It has been used in many fields such as electron, chemical industry, light industry, military affairs and medicine, it has been becoming more important in many country study. In nano-particle composites, nylon-6 is the first nano material of practical value, many domestic and overseas colleges and institutes have studied this technique, it has become a new technique hotspot. Mechanical capability of nylon-6 nanoparticle composites is better than that of nylon-6 and nylon-6 nanoparticle composites have been used in automotive fittings, film-pack material, filature et al. In this paper, nylon-6 is polymerized by using reactive extrusion. Based on this nylon-6 nanoparticle composite's technique condition of reactive extrusion is explored, the mesne try has also been done and the capability of nanoparticle composites has been tested.The reactive extrusion of nylon-6 is first studied in this paper, the experimental flow is designed, and analysis methods are also established. After reviewing the technique condition of caprolactam, the effect of activator and double screw extrusion technique on the nylon-6 capability, the method and condition are estabilished. The result shows: the relative molecule mass of polymer is increase with the improving of the time and temperature of dehydration and its physical mechanism capability improves.The compound material of PA6-Monotmorillonite is also studied. Feng-hong Monotmorillonite (DK-1) from Zhejiang Province is used as nano material, the problem of pipeline jammed by materials is solved by confecting the solution of caprolactam and monotmorillonite. The effect of extrusion condition on capability is studied, the result shows: when the content of monotmorillonite increases, the intension of bend and draw is improve, bend model is improve, its ratio of rupture elongation is decline, its intension of concussion is decline. When the content of monotmorillonite is 4%, it is best, if exceeding 5%, the polymerization reaction becomes difficult, if exceeding 10%, the reaction can't go along.The midst try has been done using the production equipment we have under the basement of minitype try, the effect of dehydration tenique on polymerization and crew rotate speed and the content of monotmorillonite on mechanics capability is studied .
