The industrial sludge means the industrial sewage precipitates the dirty material isolated after dealing with in industry. Different trades produced different industry sludge. In modern society that environmental protection standard raise day by day, sludge deal with, become one important subject and research field gradually already. Carry on the treatment of recycle treatment requires researchers to launch the research in the further to the sludge urgently. It becomes the focal point that domestic and international science and technology has been studied in recent years that the mud of innoxiousness, recycle treatment is dealt with. The sludge hot treatment technology have little pollution, holding decrement intensity heavy, and can part retrieve energy of the sludge in the form of heat or gas source at the same time, therefore considered to be one of the most effective ways in dealing with the sludge. So we should strengthen to the theory and experimental study of sludge heat treatment, particularly its pyrolysis, combustion and dynamic characteristics. Sludge combustion technology for laying a theoretical foundation is an important value in engineering and academic significance.Based on deep studying dry characteristic of industrial sludge, the characteristics of ignition and burnout, general combustion performance and reaction exothermic performance, and mechanism and its kinetic parameters of pyrolysis and combustion of three typical industry sludge and their mixtures were done by using thermogravimetric analysis. At the same time, the effects of industrial sludge species, heating rates, gas pressure, sample particle diameter and metallic compounds on the combustion and pyrolysis characteristics of industrial sludge were analyzed.The surface area and dry temperature of sludge have important influence on dry characteristic. As the surface area of sludge increases, the dry pace becomes fast, dry time shortened, at the same time its shrink influence change well too. The overheated dry demonstrates different characteristics with saturation, it is fast and have not equilibrium that include wet quantity. Whereas its forms when dry finished is different with the saturation too. The same sample, under different heating rates, curves of its quality, weightlessness leading, moisture content and heating are obviously different at the same time.The results of study shows that industrial sludge species, sample particle diameter, heating rates, gas pressure and agitating a certain amount metallic compounds have...
