The separation of boron-10 isotopes was studied in this article by chemical isotope exchange distillation between BF3 and the complex anisole?BF3. Taked into account the higher separation factor, the lower rate of decomposition of anisole, the lower toxicity and operation under room temperature and atmospheric pressure, this chemical exchange system of BF3 and anisole?BF3 was superior to the others.The process of enriching boron-10 isotopes was improved, and whole process was composed of exchange reaction and distillation column, combination column, decomposition column, purification column and drying column. The processes including all the columns were calculated according to the pilot-scale experiment in the laboratory. The pilot-scale experiment was built in the laboratory according the calculation.Based on the speciality that only boron 10 can absorb the thermal neutron, the paper designed an isotope abundance testing apparatus.
