According to modern medicine technique, we carried out a systematical study of the Low- Molecular-Weight Chitosan Oral Cavity Films, and combine to is an our country its development to six new medicines.The aim to solve the problem of water-insoluble of Chitosan. A water- soluble oligosaccharides of hydrolyzed Chitosan was prepared by using the method of directly oxidative degradation by H2O2. The structure of the oligosacchairides of hydrolytic Chitosan was determined by analysis of their IR spectroscopy, and polymerization degree was measured by high performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE). The effects of concentration of H2O2, temperature and reaction time on the oxidative degradation were discussed respectively. The results showed that, hydrolyzation at 80~90℃,8~10% H2O2,and 0.5~1h,the production rate of water-soluble were 40%~45%. The method of oxidative degradation of Chitosan with H2O2 is convenient and effective for preparation of Chitosan with low-molecular weight.Orthogonal method was used for selecting the best comparison of Low-Molecular- Weight Chitosan Oral Cavity Films. Filtrated the additive of films by integrated evaluation, and then confirmed the prescription of films. We adopted PVA1788, CMC-Na conduct and action the material of film. The main medicine with the dosage comparison of the material of film is 1:2,PVA1788 and CMC-Na dosage comparison is 2:1,the dosage of the glycerin for 2.5%,add the mulitple of water as 20 times.
