The low multialloy wear resistant cast steels are widely used in metallurgy, architectural materials , electric power and machine industry,where abrasion is mainly existed . Researching and developing of low multi-alloy wear resistant steels with high hardness,strength and toughness has engineering and science importance.This paper aims at studying the effect of steel's value electron structure on it's mechanical properties and phase transformation.Alloy atoms not only can enter into the lattices with carbon atom, but also can enter into the lattices without carbon atoms. Imitating the model and calculating means of lattices that contains carbon,provide the model and calculating means on non-carbon alloy entering lattice without carbon atom. Consequently,the parameter of each of lattice which constitutes austenitic steel and martensite steel can be integrity calculated. Using the parameters of wear resistant steel 26CrMnSiNiMo which are calculated by computer programe,the effect of alloy elements on phase transformation and heat treatment can be analysed on atom level.The effect of alloy elements on phase transformation and mechanical properties is not only related to the parameters of single lattice ,but also related to the proportion of these lattices. Therefore author calculates the proportion of lattices which constitutes austenite and martensite by considering the electron number on the strongest bond and mathematic statistic formula.Whereas the phase structure shape factor of single lattice can not exactly reflect effect of alloy elements on steel ,We bring forward macroscopical phase structure shape factor.Using the macroscopical phrase structure shape factor of elements contained in steel and the atom percentage of composed elements to establish empirical formulas which reflect the relation between the atom percentage of elements in steel and mechanical properties (hardness, tensile strength,impact toughness),four kind of low alloy wear resistant steels used in engineering are tested ,the deviation between calculated and tested is less than 5.9%.These empirical formulas provide a consult gist for low multialloy steels composition design.
