Experiment Research And Exploitation Of Feeding Device Combining Charging Table With Roller-conveyor In Sintering Machine

Feeding device of sintering machine is the key equipment in sintering process, Its distribution result has great effect on the output and quality of sinter ore. Ideal distribution effect possess the following characters : high segregation rate of material and fuel in mixed bed, level and homogeneous bed surface,which is good to improving permeability of sinter bed, reducing the consumption of fuel, enhancing quality of sinter ore. In order to achieve the requirement of feeding in sintering process,a reasonable particle segregation in top , middle and foot layers of mixed bed, charging table and roller-conveyor are explored.On the basis of analysis and evaluation on the performance and character of some segregation feeding devices, a new-style segregation feeding device is put forward that combines charging table with roller-conveyor. According to the original dimension of the 90m~2 sintering machine in Sinter of ANSteel, a model is established,the scale of the model is one to six, using sand grain simulating sinter mixed material.And the experimental research of feeding devices is carried through.The results show:The feeding effect of combining charging table with roller-conveyor is better than use charging table or use roller-conveyor alone ;It can get the best feeding effect when the incline angle of charging table is 45° theroller-conveyor is 40° and the rotation rate of the roller-conveyor is 46.67r/min .the roller-conveyor has better effect on big grain's segregation.The function of charging table is to change particle movement track mainly,and make particle attain higher horizontal speed,which benefit small grain's segregation.The new feeding device is designed by Pro/E,and a three dimension entity model with the same scale as that in sinter factory is established,and in order to intensify vision and fitting effect dynamic simulation is carried through.
